When sending in your hair to us, please make sure that it is clean because there is a different cost for washing your hair which is not attached to this service. Also please attach your head measurements. If we do not receive your head measurements, we will be using a size 22” which to make it for you. HAVILAH CUSTOM PONYTAIL
Our ponytail are specially customized, machine-made using our virgin hair bundles. You can decide how many bundles you want to be used. (picture shows 1 bundle was used for construction). They can be washed, tonged, colored and styled as desired. The required little maintenance and can last up to 3 years with care. It comes with comb for security and it won’t fall out no matter the level of activity.

– DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable. You are able to re-schedule, deposits will go towards your future appointment.
– REMAINING BALANCE: Remaining balance is due in CASH only please.
– CANCELLATION: Please cancel within 24 hours to use deposit for a future service. No shows, No calls, No texts, No emails will result in your deposit being forfeit and you will not be able to use it towards a future service.
– RE- SCHEDULING: You are able to Re- schedule your appointment 3 times using your deposit. Please be mindful when booking that you are selecting the date and time that best fits your schedule.
– LATE FEE POLICY: After 10 mins there will be an additional charge of ksh1,000 for lateness. Please be on time.
