What is a Customized Unit?

A customised unit is one that is constructed with bundles (minimum of 3) and/or a lace frontal or lace closure. It will be constructed exactly to suit your specification. Our wigs have a life span of 2-3 years with proper maintenance and care.

Do you do express service?

Yes, we do. This takes 7 business days (excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Can the wigs be worn glueless?

Yes, all wigs are constructed to be worn glueless as they will come with wig straps and in built combs. The use of glue is optional.

Do I need to take measurements?

Yes, you will be contacted via email after your order has been placed to provide the measurements. You will have 24 hours to provide these measurements and they can easily be done via a tape measure.

Can the wigs be coloured

Yes, all hair from our hairline can be coloured. However, this option does not apply to express service orders.

What is the turnaround time?

Normal processing time is 12 business days (excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Can i supply my own hair?

Yes, but all bundles must be cleaned.
