Please be advised that as this wig was constructed specifically for you, there are absolutely no refund/exchange for customised units.

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, however any orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase attracts a 25% cancellation fee off the total unit price.

If however you receive your unit and not satisfied, we will do our best to fix any issues but please be advised that there are absolutely no refunds/exchanges for customised units.
